The company's portfolio further includes CVL-936, a selective dopamine D3-preferring antagonist in Phase I for substance use disorder; CVL-354, a selective kappa-opioid receptor antagonist targeting major depressive disorder and substance use disorder; and CVL-047, a selective PDE4 inhibitor also aimed at major depressive disorder and substance use disorder. Beyond individual compounds, Cerevel is actively developing an M4 agonist program for psychosis and related indications, alongside an LRRK2 inhibitor program designed to address the progression of Parkinson's disease.
