The Industrial and Others Business Unit addresses specialized manufacturing needs with products like semiconductor and flat panel display lithography equipment, vacuum thin-film deposition equipment, organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display manufacturing tools, die bonders, handy terminals, and document scanners. Beyond hardware, Canon also provides essential maintenance services and supplies consumables such as replacement drums, parts, toners, and paper.
