Within the Parcel & Logistics division, the focus is on providing solutions for package and express delivery. This division also extends to value-added services such as food delivery, storage, order fulfillment, managing returns, web shop logistics, and even cash transportation. The Retail & Bank segment delivers telecommunications products and general merchandise. Furthermore, it offers various postal, financial, and payment services, complemented by self-service options like conveniently located pick-up and drop-off points. Its extensive network comprises 1,757 service points, consisting of 395 directly managed postal branches and 1,362 partner locations.
