These offerings include braking, door, and climate control (HVAC) systems; power electronics and control technology; digital tools for optimizing rail traffic; couplers; signal systems; portable and fixed testing equipment; window wiper and wash systems; and onboard sanitary facilities. For the Commercial Vehicle Systems division, the company delivers essential components for trucks, buses, trailers, and agricultural machinery. This encompasses sophisticated braking systems (including brake control, disk and drum brakes, cylinders, valves, and pedal units); steering and vehicle dynamics solutions; driver assistance technologies; automated driving and electronic leveling controls; energy supply and distribution systems (such as compressors and air treatment products); and engine and transmission control components. Furthermore, Knorr-Bremse extends its business activities to include various support services like leasing, corporate holding functions, logistics management, and media and information technology assistance. Knorr-Bremse Aktiengesellschaft operates as a subsidiary of KB Holding GmbH.
