Its APM segment concentrates on distributing packages to automated locker systems. The To-Door division manages conventional doorstep delivery services via couriers. Mondial Relay is responsible for delivering parcels to automated lockers and overseeing a network of pick-up and drop-off (PUDO) points situated in France, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Portugal. The International Other segment extends automated parcel machine services to the United Kingdom and Italy. Beyond these core offerings, InPost provides extensive fulfillment services for online retailers, encompassing warehousing, packaging, and comprehensive logistical assistance. It also operates self-service facilities for sending and collecting packages. Additionally, its e-Grocery service, accessible through the InPost Fresh app, facilitates the delivery of food and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) either to specialized machines or directly to the recipient. By the close of 2021, InPost had successfully processed 517 million parcel deliveries. Its extensive infrastructure included 16,445 automated parcel machines, collectively housing approximately 2.4 million individual lockers. The company also served an estimated 38,000 integrated online merchants and had 8 million active users engaging with its proprietary mobile application. InPost S.A. was established in 1999 and is headquartered in Luxembourg, Luxembourg.
