The Commercial Properties division focuses on the development, rental, and sale of residential apartments, alongside the leasing of commercial and office units, often including food and beverage establishments within these properties. The Clubs and Services division oversees the management of golf courses, notably operating The Peak Tram. This segment also engages in the wholesale and retail distribution of food and beverage items, offers laundry services, and provides management and consultancy expertise for various clubs. Additionally, the company participates in a variety of other business activities, such as the wholesale and retail of merchandise, dry cleaning services, marketing solutions, financial operations like lending and borrowing, and direct property investment. Its offerings also extend to tourism and leisure services, and it manages the Peninsula Boutiques. Originally founded in 1866 under the name The Hongkong Hotel Company, Limited, the firm is presently headquartered in Central, Hong Kong.
