The Shipyard division encompasses the MV Werften and Lloyd Werft shipyards, including their docking facilities. Notably, within its non-cruise portfolio, it manages Resorts World Manila, an integrated resort located in the Philippines. Expanding its business further, Genting Hong Kong is involved in various additional activities. These encompass bareboat vessel chartering, hotel operation and management, the creation of hospitality venues, the development and sale of commercial real estate, property leasing, and the provision of property management, catering, and general management services, alongside operating entertainment ventures. Its cruise segment also encompasses sales, marketing, and support functions, as well as acting as a travel agency. The shipyard division's services include vessel construction, conversion, and maintenance, in addition to owning ships currently under development. Established in 1993 with its headquarters in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, the entity adopted the name Genting Hong Kong Limited in 2010, having previously traded as Star Cruises Limited.
