The Agricultural Business segment encompasses the cultivation, harvesting, and distribution of various crops like wheat, corn, soybeans, cotton, sunflower, and sugarcane. It also deals in processed grain products such as flour and oil. Livestock activities include the breeding, acquisition, and fattening of cattle, which are then sold to meat processing facilities and regional livestock auctions. Furthermore, it provides agricultural services, leases its farms to external parties, undertakes the development and sale of agricultural land, and conducts brokerage operations. The Urban Properties and Investment division focuses on the management and leasing of commercial spaces, including retail units within shopping centers and various office and rental properties. It is also involved in the development, upkeep, and sale of undeveloped plots of land and investment properties. Additionally, this segment operates hotels and participates in entertainment ventures. Established in 1936, Cresud maintains its corporate headquarters in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
