Furthermore, Aena offers leased office buildings, warehousing facilities, aircraft hangars, and cargo storage spaces to a diverse client base, including airlines, air cargo operators, ground handling agencies, and other essential airport service providers. The company's extensive network includes the management of 46 airports in Spain, 12 in Mexico, 2 in Colombia, 1 in the United Kingdom, and 6 throughout Brazil. Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Madrid, Spain, the company adopted its present name, Aena S.M.E., S.A., in April 2017, having previously been known as Aena, S.A. It operates as a subsidiary of ENAIRE.
