This segment is also involved in the design and construction of plants for both conventional and emerging energy sectors, embracing renewables and alternative energy solutions. The Global Markets & Technologies division provides advanced technological solutions, encompassing specific molecules, state-of-the-art equipment, and comprehensive services. Its primary focus areas include facilitating the energy transition, particularly in transportation, energy generation, and waste management, alongside engaging in deep technology initiatives for space exploration, aerospace, and significant scientific endeavors. This division strategically invests in facilities for biomethane production, develops infrastructure for distributing natural biogas for vehicles, and establishes hydrogen refueling stations to foster clean mobility. It further manages biomethane production units for use in the maritime sector and supplies gases to offshore oil and gas installations, offshore wind farms, and for cryogenic maritime transport.
