The chemicals segment provides methanol, glacial acetic acid, MTBE, phenol, bisphenol A, PVC, liquefied chlorine, sodium sulfate, hydrogen peroxide, benzene, propylene, LPG, acetone, caustic soda, hydrochloric acid, chlorinated wax-52, formalin, and tetrabromobisphenol. The properties segment involved in property development and property rental business. The investments segment invests in debt instruments at FVTOCI, and equity instruments at FVTPL. The other segment engages in the manufacture and sale of magnetic products, and hotel business. The company was formerly known as Kingboard Chemical Holdings Limited and changed its name to Kingboard Holdings Limited in July 2018. Kingboard Holdings Limited was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Sha Tin, Hong Kong.
